Review: Not cheap, but if you use one a lot, there’s nothing better. - Top quality construction and sound and function. Yes it’s expensive but if you use one a lot, it’s value for money. People don’t even know that I’m using a Bluetooth earpiece. Huge standby time and great talk time and quick charging. I use it mainly at work but I also use it around the house when I’m having a long conversation, because it means I can still do chores or make food or whatever, whilst chatting. It’s also really comfortable on the ear. Sometimes I forget I’m wearing it Really like how I can answer a call, just by saying answer’ when it rings. Also, you can use it to wake Siri too.
Review: The best - Easy to use and connect, excellent voice isolation and comfortable. Easily the best headset I've ever used.

Easy to use and connect, excellent voice isolation and comfortable. Easily the best headset I've ever used.

### ⭐ How much ££$$ for this vs it's quality?!!
*by F***R on 5 May 2026*

Wholly unimpressed with this for the high price they ask. Connectivity is great. Comfort fit is terrible, with the big old battery behind the ear and the loop over the ear poorly designed (cheaper makes even have a better design in that area). Noise cancellation, sure, cancelled out my voice, because no one could ever hear me or thought I was in an 'underwater prison'! Battery life, I never got to test, because I kept having to switch back to my old Plantronics earpiece since I couldn't be heard!! The 'quality' of the build 'looks' great, but I found it functionally poor: volume control, on/off switch, even mic mute; all not great - think of the PRICE!! Charging case function is OK, I think it allows device to charge and still be on standby. However, here was the backhand slap in the face for me in terms of ease of use vs the PRICE - it couldn't even initiate a last call redial for the earpiece; something that's readily available from much cheaper generic models and my 15 years old Plantronics device - CRAZY! It's a nice idea of a design, with fancy features like advance noise block features and Smart Sensors, BUT, as I learned a long time ago, the difference between the professionals vs the rest is the professionals DO the basics better!! Plantronics use to be the masters; not sure what 'HP Poly' are doing. Nice ideal, but for the price, it remains an unrealised idea to me. RIP Plantronics - sadly :((
