The foldaway phone holder is a bonus. *by P***G on 10 March 2025* I ordered this battery case for my son’s iPhone 12 after I heard him complain about the battery issues he seemed to experience daily.The original Lithium-ion battery in the iPhone 12 is non-removable with a capacity of 2815 mAh. This battery case has an additional capacity of 7000 mAh. An impressive uplift!Following the instructions (sliding the phone into the case was very easy), it fitted so easily. As the battery came about 75% charged (three out of four lights on at the rear), I pressed the rear button on the back for three seconds, and my son’s phone started to charge. It was that simple.Of course, with the battery now in place, the case is slightly deeper. My son’s initial reaction was one of horror. But like all things, he’s getting used to it. He then recharges the battery pack and phone every night…Aside from the battery, the case is pretty good too!! It’s also strong and gives him confidence that it will protect his phone when needed. (He is a bit clumsy!)The addition of a foldaway phone holder is a bonus, allowing him to watch reels, movies etc, without the need to hold his phone.This battery case most definitely comes highly recommended. Not especially cheap. *by T***S on 25 February 2025* I like the grippy surfaces, it add quite a bit of bulk and weight but that is inevitable with 7000mAh.At least its shaped and well rounded so its not 'boxy' feeling.Generally it feels very well made, the Lightning connector is a tiny bit wobbly but I think its intentional so its got leeway to align with the phone connector.I like the discrete power button and power level lights.It works OK, I won't be using it all the time but for long flights or other travel, movie watching, weekends away, camping, its going to keep me going for along, long time.Only reservation is its £40 for a 7000mAh power bank (worth £10) and a case (£5) moulded together in effect so the price seem a bit high. Otherwise fine. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Neat idea of combining a battery pack into the phone case *by S***G on 24 February 2025* A nice looking phone case that also contains a powerbank to charge your i-phone on the move when the rubbish Apple battery expires during the day. The sleek, rugged case is well made, anti-slip and has a built in leg to allow you to stand your phone on its side if you want to make a webcall or watch a film.Charging os through the case so it charges the phone first and then the battery pack. An on/off switch is placed on the back of the case so you can boost your phone battery during the day without having to find a wall socket.I like the idea of this powerbank but it is a bit fiddly to get the phone in the first time but once it is in, you wouldn't think it isn't an original (if slightly bulbous) case.
