Review: Read this before buying - I don't use this stuff when I am a bit sore, I use this stuff when I am so sore Icy-Hot, Morin, and everything else does nothing. When nothing else can touch my pain, this does. It burns, especially if the skin it is on is constricted such as under tight clothing or laying on it. When you're in serious pain the burn is good and gets me moving when nothing else will. If you don't have serious pain, well, look at the 1-star reviews.

But the next day my leg was burning and itching so bad I had to use ice packs all day long just to deal with it. As for its pain-reducing effect, I didn't really feel any measurable improvement during my rather long and uncomfortable ordeal with this product. Capsaicin is definitely not for everyone, unfortunately! And no matter how careful you are, it DOES get on your hands, then your face, eyes... and it stays IN your skin even after you wash your hands. It's impossible NOT to get this stuff everywhere! Warning "be careful" is just ridiculous... this stuff is nasty.

This works wonders for neuropathy! My Dr said to use lidocaine first then Capsaicin over it and my feet then allow me 7 good hours of sleep!
