So I'm perhaps not the best person to review this. However! I thought the taste, texture and smell were comparable to the well-known name brands and much better than the supermarket own-brand offerings, at a competitive price. It wasn't too watery, too sugary or too vinegary which are problems I usually find with affordable ketchups. I thought it had a nice balance of flavours. My only complaint is that, despite leaving it in the fridge, it seemed to get "fizzy" quicker than others. But then I didn't go through the bottle very quickly so perhaps that's on me.
