In my experience, I drank this tea daily for 4 weeks and was 3-4 cm dilated at 38 weeks with each pregnancy! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Didn't hemorrhage this time around *by M***Y on 26 April 2025* I hemorrhaged with my previous 2 births so with this last one I decided to try and do some research and while a hemorrhage is not necessarily preventable I found this and it says it tones the uterus which usually a hemorrhage is caused from weak uterine muscles. So I started drinking one cup a day around 36 or 37 weeks. I mixed it with pineapple juice and it was super yummy. I got induced at 39 weeks and did NOT hemorrhage, thank God first and foremost but I do believe this tea had something to do with it also. I would definitely recommend this for labor prep, it does wonders for your body, and very affordable.
