Place it above the centre & press. Flip it once. The momen you see bubbles, move the roti towards the end of handle & close the lid. It will fluff. It it breaks anywhere, just press with a cloth. 4. If you find that the roti is cracking like earthquake then it means the machine is too hot. Switch it off for 2 mins & continue. 5. You can add ghee after the roti fluffs 6.
