I got these to help reduce hair loss and help my skin and hair be healthy. The gummies are really yummy and don't have any weird side effects- no upset tummy like other supplements. Since starting them I have noticed less hair loss. My only issue is the gummies tend to all stick together as one blob in the bottle, making it hard to just get two out at a time.
