You can’t reach the lock remotely, only bluetooth is functioning ### ⭐ Used item, Big and Fat for your door, May need other accessories. *by J***Z on 3 April 2025* Item looked like used, hard to connect to WiFi, Size is so big it makes your handle look small. bottom half hangs in the air while fixing, which is not ideal, You may need other accessories like bridge and cylinder later to get proper fix and use all features. Homekit connection will never work, maybe cuz it's not built for UAE. I couldn't return it since I have used the adhesive now it's ruined. I would go for Aqara or Nuki instead of this. Yale app is not professionally made either. Very disappointed.
