Review: amazing for the price - This is a great spotting scope for the price. I also have a vortex diamondback HD 16-48x56 spotting scope and when I look at animals at a mile or further away I feel like the crossfire hd has more definition to it making it easier to identify than the diamondback hd. I keep this crossfire in my pack for when I hike any distance, it is so light and easy to setup and use. I highly recommend it. The only thing bad about this it early morning low light you cant make out anything, but in my experience that is ok as the animals aren't going anywhere for awhile anyways and you will see everything just fine in a few more minutes. Plus I use my razor hd binos most the time and just use the spotter when it is far enough away I need extra to identify what it is.

This is a great spotting scope for the price. I had never used a scope before buying this one. I wanted something with more reach than my binoculars when birdwatching but didn't want to spend a lot of money in case I didn't like using a scope. This scope feels well made and is nice and light to carry around. Optics are ok, but I wish I'd bought a better quality one.
