Review: Doesnt Work Without Internet - At first I wrote a bad review about the internet connection, after re-downloading the scanner it works great! I left it download while I went to sleep and it must have glithed while downloading, after the new download it works wonders, I have repaired 3 cars since I've downloaded it again and everything works Great! If you're having any problems with it please get ahold of customer support and let them know what's going on and they'll guide you on how to fix the problem. It's now my go to tool to diagnose, activate the sensor in question and if it's not performing properly, replaced the sensor. Since I reprogrammed it I've repaired a Jeep grand Cherokee Overland 5.7l Hemi, a 2010 Chevy Avalanche LTZ 5.3, and a Chevy Cruze, and it worked flawlessly. Thanks TOPDON for the help and I apologize for the not so good review. I highly recommend this product for your automotive repairs, and again, if you have any problems or issues, contact customer service and they'll help guide you through the reprogramming process and make sure it's working before you hang up.

At first I wrote a bad review about the internet connection, after re-downloading the scanner it works great! Excellent product works great. Glad I finally purchased one. The Bluetooth dongle works great and the WiFi works in my driveway. Will definitely make maintenance on my truck a lot easier. Excellent features and compatibility for vehicle manufacturers. Saves money not having to go to the dealership.
