Do you give your skin a break? If so then how long? And do you ever restart the 21 day cycle?** A: It says to use it twice a week for maintenance after the 21 days is over. I'm sure you can begin another 21 day cycle whenever you please...I think maybe once each season would be a good schedule for most skin types. It would probably be most effective if you took a little break of perhaps 1-2 weeks before beginning another full cycle. **Q: do I need to use it every night?** A: I don’t know if you need to...but I do. I have noticed such an improvement in my skin since starting to use it a year and a half ago. **Q: How long will this jar last? The instructions say to apply a liberal amount for 21 days. A lot of money for 3.5 oz of product.** A: At least 4 cycles **Q: It was more liquid than cream when it arrived; is that ruined** A: Sleep it off is in a cream.
