Some have suggested not to put it in the freezer as it gets too cold, but in my opinion it is just fine. I just wait a minute or so and give it a wipe before I start rolling it on my face and it feels amazing. It is definitely cold at first, but your face adjusts pretty quickly. For those that say that it does not stay cold long enough, I think it's because your face gets used to the cool feeling, but if you take a break and wait a minute or two to allow your face to start warming back up again, you'll see that the roller is still very cold when you go to roll your face again.
