It also pulls in multiple sheets at once, causing frequent paper jams. I deeply regret purchasing this printer and would not recommend it. Very disappointing quality from HP Support Service and the reseller.

The order arrived within 1 day of placing it by their courier and the product was exactly as expected—new, in good condition, and well-packed. Excellent service, highly recommended! I ordered again the same HP officejet 9730. Price also worthy.
