Given the cost I’d say this is perfectly fine from a value perspective. This blend worked quite well for me and I had an immediate boost in strength and stamina with my first use. Blue raspberry tasted super good, though with the recommended 6-10oz of water it was a bit too strong for my taste. I used a full 16oz water bottle and for me that was perfect. Didn’t get any sort of stomach issues, jitters, or crash of any sort. Very mild tingles from the beta alanine but nothing too crazy since this is a lower dose than many other pre workouts.
