My wound was so sensitive after having a cesarean and I couldn’t wear any undies or pants comfortably as they rubber right near the incision. The c-panties were such a relief to have post-recovery. The silicone was really cooling and protected my scar and the panties tucked everything in nicely, without being too tight or uncomfortable. I didn’t really use them, too much effort to put on shortly after c/section, but did help my sore organs feel supported the first night when I put it on. Minimal hold in terms of sucking you in under clothes. A hassle to use the toilet when it’s on.
