It had those foam pads to lock your feet in and they hurt and they did not hold well. The biggest thing I found with this product is the balance and the feet restraint on your ankles is amazing and comfortable. This teeter inversion board is amazing I can go all the way upside down (and I'm 250 lbs) and do some crunches and stretches and by putting my hands on the frame I can tip myself back up to a upright position. If you set the height 1 in higher than your height the balance is amazing that thing will sit level straight across and balance! The bearings are amazing, so smooth and when you have the height set right and you come back up to a resting position on the stop it never slams down. The strap that allows you to set the amount of inversion is very easy to work and hold you in place. For this price point this is an amazing inversion table and I get such great relief after a day of lifting and carrying and moving things I get on my inversion table and do three sets of stretches and I'm pain free for the rest of the night!
