A: where can i find it then?

**Q: Is this for the left analog stick replacement?**
A: Yes and for the right

**Q: If i were to solder those to a ps4 or ps5 dualsense would they work?**
A: I would advise against doing that as the connection points on the stick vs a ps4/5 controller may be different to each other. But if they are the same, I don't think it would work since these are meant for the ASTRO brand controllers.
