It fits the k480 like a glove, and can operate the board while in the case (just have to remove it to turn the power switch on or off, important to conserve the batteries). There's room for a tablet in the lid, it can be held in place with the elastic strap and net pocket. My tablet is 10.4" and looks like it should fit, but would have to be removed from its case. The case is hard and should protect the board much better than the soft bag I originally was looking at. I wouldn't say dropping it would be a great idea, but it might survive the fall. It's a great case for a great keyboard. The Logitech k480 has been around for years and my experience with it is positive. It's heavier than other boards but it works just fine. As the saying goes, "if it ain't broke, no need to fix it." This case should ensure its survival for years to come.
