I never worked right. At one point it seemed to work but it was so inconsistent I couldn't tell if it was the product of me. When it did work was when I would power it off and back on but after the first translation it would quit working. Since there isn't any product support a buyer is own their own. I kept thinking it would work or I would learn how to use it and since I bought it to go to Russia I figured I would have time on the airplane to figure it out so waiting on all that I let my return window run out. Horrible, terrible, piece of junk, worst thing I ever bought........ Any other description I could come up with wouldn't be good enough to say how bad I feel about this product. Did not read anywhere that this device needs to be connected to the internet in order to work.
