do not be guided by the measurements on this chart. I was guided by the measurements guided by their chart. i am 170lbs. I ordered 4 XL. it was so big that 2 people could have entered the suit at the same time. I chose to send it back by collection by Royal. they collected it the next day. what is annoying is that I have not received any email from Royal or amazon for confirmation or with any update about the returned package. I got in touch with "customer services", I explained the problem to them and asked about the process of the returned package. they passed me from one to the other 3 times. they told me that the package is on the way and they can't do anything. after the parcel reaches them, only then will they return my money in 5-7 days or more. to buy after amazon started to be a headache. I would rather take my time to go to a store than mess with amazon. I needed this suit and wanted to buy the smaller size. the seller should rectify that chart which is totally wrong! if you want to waste some time and feel like getting angry, I recommend you buy it!

I LOVE this suit! Originally I thought it was only the jacket but it came with the pants as well. The jacket is so nice it looks good on and it’s stylish but not only that but it has pockets to keep your keys or phone if you’re going out for a walk which is usually what I do. I used to have to take a separate baggy for my items but this jacket covers that for me. The size fits just right. The compression on the wrist helps keep the sweat it as well. I find it easy to clean too. As soon as I take it off I put it inside out to give it a quick wipe down and clean with a small towels then hang it to finish drying up and use it again the next day. Really love this product 100% recommend!

Pour ma part je viens de retourner cet article car aucune sudation ? Il doit falloir faire du sport pour que cela fonctionne sûrement mais me concernant n’aimant pas beaucoup le sport je cherchais juste une combinaison qui permettrait ce phénomène mais juste en la portant simplement j’avais acheté il y a près de 25 ans une telle combinaison en Néoprène chez Décathlon et qui fonctionnait très bien sans faire aucun effort physique mais à priori cela ne se fait plus bien dommage pour moi…
