Review: Fantastic OEM look - Nice OEM look, you wouldn't even notice it's there. They must have upgraded as it came with three Y-cables so you can choose your power source. Can be powered from the rain sensor, mirror dimming port or windshield camera. If you want parking mode you will have to purchase the optional wire harness and hardwire to the fuse panel or OBD port. Super easy install and no routing cables unless you get the optional rear camera. Only negative is I wish it had a GPS module for location and speed stamping. *UPDATE* When running the rear camera cable go down the drivers A-Pillar, under the front and rear door sills, then back up the back door and it will be an exact length. You won't have 6-8 feet of cable left over that you have to hide in the headliner. This route will also keep you away from the side airbags which are in the tops of the doors.

**Q: Do I need to connect the dash cam everytime? Can I use CarPlay/Bluetooth as usual?**
A: You don't need to keep camera connected as it will auto-record after car starts. You only need to connect the camera in the need of viewing or downloading video. No affect the normal use of CarPlay or Bluetooth

**Q: Where is the video stored? Can I view video anytime i want?**
A: The video isauto-saved in SD card, not phone. 1. Only if you've downloaded footage to your phone in advance, you can watch it even off the car or remotely. 2. You can also watch it on computer by intserting SD card

**Q: With front 4k camera installed, can I add a rear cam separately?**
A: NO, because the PCB boards are different between single front and dual version.

**Q: Is the dash cam featured with Parking Sensor? And is it 24h recording?**
A: Not all FlTCAMX dash cams has parking sensor, you need extra harness to upgrade with this function. And there are 24h and non-24h recording option, please confirm with FlTCAMX for more details.

**Q: Why dash cam gets hot?**
A: It's normal situation but no worry. 1. The surrounding space of camera is small, and the original parts nearby will cause high temperature. 2. The camera is under windshield which is in direct sunlight by day.

Nice OEM look, you wouldn't even notice it's there. They must have upgraded as it came with three Y-cables so you can choose your power source.
