Which is a good safety feature to protect it from over heating as well as over massaging a particular area. I have used other Agaro products in past and they are always of excellent quality. Since the day I have started using this massager the battery backup was only around 1.5 hours and it takes more time than that to charge it fully. I have raised several complaints on their website but I have not even received an acknowledgement other than the automated email. There is no contact number to call as well. I would suggest people not to buy products of this brand. It is just a white labelling company putting their name on the Chinese products.

The product has been excellent I’ve been using it for the past five months, and it’s been running very smoothly. I initially thought I was facing an issue, but it turned out to be a minor operational misunderstanding on my part. I’d also like to appreciate the customer support Rahul from the team connected with me within a few hours and politely helped resolve my concern.

I use it after gym for sore muscles and it really helps post gym to help my body recover. There are different modes and they are useful to change the speed. The battery life is also very long
