When I initially ordered it there was an image on the product page that made it look like a solid shank. When it arrived I found out that that wasn't the case. Considering the price and that Walmart carries one without the hook, but with a solid shank for cheaper I was slightly dismayed. The overall finish of the product also isn't that great. In some areas the paint is thin, and in other areas it is covered in overspray. I don't expect this to compare to some of my other high end hitches, but for almost $50 I expect to be on par with my one from Walmart.
