It worked without any problems until just a couple days ago for some unknown reason it just stopped working I tried another cable I tried new batteries but to no avail. I am pretty sure that I read somewhere that they offer a warranty so I'm going to contact them I'll see what happens. I like that it’s Powered by batteries or the cable included ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not truely a lab-grade scale. Booklet says it meets a 5 milligram error standard. *by D***D on June 13, 2024* This is apparently a load cell based scale, and as such needs to be used on a good, stable, pretty level surface to get the accuracy expected. It comes with cal weights that look to be quality. In use, well supported as noted, I found the readout to be both stable and reproducible. As a retired professional chemist, I know a lot about scales and their care and feeding. This product seems well damped, and has a shielded pan, so stray breezes, etc. can be minimized. Note that the scale is easily overloaded, and like any sensitive instrument, needs careful handling, storage, and use. NOT a toy, but in my opinion, a real buy for the money.
