When you click on the device, it’ll have two different colors purple and blue. Each color has a different time length and electrode pulses to it. I found it a little frustrating to navigate the setting of preventative mode and onset mode — This is a newer model, so the electro sticky pad has a more prominent magnetic on it that the electrode attaches to. desertcart does not sell the electrode sticky pad. It didn't. My headaches remain a constant daily issue. If you sit up, make any facial expressions or turn to the side, it falls off your head. The app only works if it's displayed on your phone. If you touch your phone to look at anything else, it disconnects and you have to start the treatment over. Worst of all, THIS IS NOT A REFUNDABLE PRODUCT! Amazon did go ahead and give me a refund after I stated all that was wrong, but in general, it's considered a medical device and not refundable.
