One notepad can last for months, they're durable, and I like how they look. Also, it fits nicely in my rear pocket. The layout is good and has spaces for most of the important things. The only two complaints I have are 1) I wish there was more room for some important things, namely medications and history, and 2) some space is wasted with some unimportant stuff (city, zip code, state, doctor's name, and doctor's phone number) that would be better suited for extra mx and hx lines Overall, I'd definitely recommend!

As a police officer working in a rural community sometimes I beat EMS to the scene. Being able to have all of the patient info and then some in the right place means they can focus on patient care instead of redundant questioning. The size is good to go in the outer carrier pocket, its sturdy enough to write on, I for in the pages are good and practical. Good product
