Review: No ladder needed for me anymore. - I was a little skeptical about this product because I was thinking that all the dust fly everywhere when I use this. I was so totally surprised that the dust and huge does bunnies are contained with maybe a small exception when I use this cleaning tool. The extension is fabulous and I cleaned all five of my fans with absolutely no issues. They all have different fan blades and the only thing is that you initially on some have to kind of wiggle it on once you line up the blade which is very easy. I am totally pleased with this and so relieved but I don't have to take the ladder out to clean them anymore. We are very tall ceilings and it worked great.

**Q: Where can I get just the 6 ft extension pole I tried Amazon they don't have it**

**Q: The black slide lock is broken. I don't want to send the whole thing back. Can I just get the slide locks somewhere?**
A: Dear Billie: This is exactly the design flaw that I noticed when I purchased  this item. You might try to locate a slide lock at a local hardware store, but I doubt if you can find something to fit properly. You could also contact the seller directly and see if they have replacement slide locks that they could send you. I doubt this tool has any kind of warranty. Good luck!

**Q: Ok! how are the pads installed?  thanks for your time**
A: The blade cleaner has a holder and it opens to install the pads. Inside the holder has Velcro strips to hold the pads securely. Very easy to use. The pads are easy to wash , use cold water and hang to dry.

**Q: Does anyone know where i can order this product with the 6 foot extension handle & flexible duster?**
A: I purchased the three-foot extension handle & flexible duster set on Amazon. You may not need the six-foot extension handle, as the end of the handle unscrews off and then you can screw in a broom handle which gives you the three-foot extension plus whatever broom handle you are using. I found this to be an awesome surprise feature especially since the flexible duster can do the same thing.
