The first one was PUT THROUGH THE PACES - I worked it hard, and possibly punched things that I shouldn't have. Due to the fact that it worked so hard I had no problem buying a second. However, this one isn't the same quality. I simply used the given cardboard to prime the machine prior to use and the paint that shows where the punches are started wearing off. I haven't even really started using the machine! The product received was damaged beyond a few dents/scratches. It had broken pieces all over the box, (which was clearly returned by someone else who likely discovered the same damaged goods) and the punch mechanism wouldn’t move. You can see that the “teeth” are missing or misaligned, and plastic pieces are broken. Bad quality, incorrect description/advertising, waste of time.
