Great product and great service.

I found it was easy to place onto the wall, tricky part was putting the TV onto the bracket but a little help from my son holding the weight while I screwed the screws in and we were watching tele within in a matter of 1/2 hr ! It's been 3 weeks since I fitted it and all is fine, seems sturdy enough, so yes, value for your money.

Bought this and put my young sons' 25" TV on the wall to give a bit more space.. It was easy enough to put up and works as it should however it constantly tilts slightly downwards as the nut and bolt that govern that position don't really tighten up that well....I might put a spring washer on it but might also just leave it for the min as it's more of a niggle than an issue. For the price it's actually not bad.....fully positional out in, rotated and tilt. Comes with three sets of TV machine screws to fix to the back of most TV's and a little level/bubble to aid positioning. Based on my experience I would reccomend this product.

Bought two of these for two lightweight Dell monitors. Quite unimpressed with them to be honest. Despite wall holes being levelled perfectly, one of the arms dropped, leaving the two screens 1cm apart. Had to take apart one arm and move a washer to inside the arm to provide extra support and raise the arm. The arms are supposed to be flexible but any attempt to loosen the bolts to allow easy flexibility allows the arm to drop. Wouldn't be a problem with a single monitor set up, but using two monitors highlights any different in height. Also, moving the arm results in the arm joints rubbing together, rubbing off the paint from the arm joints and leaving paint scrapings on the desk below. The tilt and swivel is also too loose for my liking. The position of the nut in order to adjust this is impossible to adjust with the monitor in place. This means that the only way to adjust the screen positioning properly and securely is to remove the screen from the VESA bracket, adjust and then re install the monitor. I've managed to make them work but I would not recommend this product and would not purchase again.

Does the job, it pulls out quite far from the wall which has enabled my daughter to angle it so she can view it anywhere in her bedroom. Seems very sturdy and was easy to install.

I purchased this to fit onto my garage wall so that I could mount a screen that I use to run an app for indoor bike training. It fitted to the wall fine, with the correct accessories being included in the pack. The monitor went on easily and the mount shows no signs of struggling with the 28" screen size. Does it's job perfectly fine. Good value for money.
