I imagine (if I could be bothered) that a tiny amount of filing on the edge of the hooks for the quick release would fix that but I never wanted to remove it anyway so it's fine. On the assembly side, this is the best self assembly product I have ever purchased. All the screws, bolts, washers etc were in separate bags and labeled, this was then referenced in the manual which is very good also. Review: By far and away the best projector mount ive had. - Great value, supplied with myriad of fixings and adjusters. Very solidly made and inspires confidence that this will hold my jvc projector safely and securely. Highly recommended.
