My pass is an exact fit, slid the sample card out, installed the new one easy peasy. I found though it is easier to get the holder onto the goggle strap without the pass in place.takes a couple seconds to pop out the pass, push the strap into the holder and reinstall the pass. It seems to work fairly well. I’m 6 foot tall and with boots/bindings/skis several more inches in height. I found that it worked about 50% of the time just skiing up to the entry gate. But if I leaned over a little and had my head positioned to the pass was in front of the gate entry sensor, it worked every time. Time will answer the question of durability; the holder is made of a harder plastic material yet still had flexibility today in 14 deg weather. The design is good, it would take a special sequence of events for the holder to come loose from the goggle strap, I just don’t see that happening.
