Review: All The Best Qualities of an Upscale Shower Head at a Reasonable Price - This shower head is beautiful. It is well constructed and looks marvelous in my newly revovated bathroom. The shower settings are both soft and gentle on my skin while the more powerful settings offer a good massage for my husband.. The 6 inch wide head size offers more coverage than other more expensive models and allows more water to flow through. The price was very reasonable compasred to other rain shower heads and I love the gold color. I definitely recommend this shower head to other customers looking for a beautifl upgrade to their bathrooms at a very reasonable price. Oh yes, it was easy to instal and came with everything you need in the box.
Review: Functional, looks great, and good customer support. - We have a master bath shower with two heads. The shower heads we had were 12+ years old and needed to be replaced. I purchased two of these units. I installed the first one in minutes without a hitch. It gives great coverage with good pressure. We're on a private well at 60psi and have no flow restrictor installed. I tried to install the second one and could not get the included hose to thread onto the water supply line. I determined that the problem was in the threads on one end of the new hose. I contacted Sparkpod by email on a Saturday and got a response within an hour. We agreed that they would send out a new hose. About an hour after that a Sparkpod support person called me to discuss the problem. She decided that it would be quicker to send out a whole new unit via desertcart. It arrived two days later, and I installed it without a problem.

Well made. I like the metal hose. Because it is so much more pliable than plastic. Definitely worth the money.
