Good size bag for one or two people, or an easy addition to a soup or pasta salad. Comes out firm, not mushy or starchy when cooked. Holds its shape very well. I brought water to boil, added in pasta, and removed from heat, allowing it to cook about 12-14 minutes... a bit past al dente, but I like my pasta a little softer, and it still had some bite. I've used it making mac and cheese, pasta salad, as well as your run of the mill goulash, and it never disappoints.
