You can decide this according to your own needs. You can roughly estimate the length you need. Our red floss bands are about 2 meters long. If the length of 1 meter can meet your needs, you can cut it and use it. Best regards! **Q: can they be used as blood flow restriction bands?** A: no they do not inhibit circulation that much and the will not hold fastend in vigurus exercize **Q: Is this reusable** A: Yes they are really good!!!! **Q: is it just one each colour or its one pair colour each?** A: Hi, the package include 2 floss bands, 1 black and 1 red. Any further questions, just feel free and contact us again. Have a nice day. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Medicine in a rubber band *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 20 December 2021* I love these things! They are very useful for using at the end of a long day or training or session. I would view these as an essential part of any home medicine cabinet/gym bag/health drawer. Wonderful for increasing injury recovery, and reducing inflammation. I can't recommend them enough. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Life changing!! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 12 May 2020* I’m not usually one for a review, but after years of silently buying things I’ve been compelled to speak up for some elastic bands lol. This is hands down one of the most amazing products I’ve ever purchased. I now know why they call this “Voodoo” floss. It works its mysterious magic on you and helps make niggly hotspots a non-issue! Special mention for Dr Kelly Starrett who promotes the use of these and has lots of instructional videos for those who want to learn how they help. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid, if a little slippy *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 19 July 2019* These are decent bands for the money. They wrap well around your leg/arm and have a nice stretch about them. The quality looks good, so I can't see them tearing or snapping through normal use. They seem the right length as well for voodoo floss bands. The one issue I have with them is that they are a bit slick, they don't grip like some of the more expensive bands, so you need to make sure you do a good job of tying the end of the band down underneath itself. ## Frequently Bought Together - POWER GUIDANCE Muscle Floss Bands - Compression Bands - Mobility & Recovery Bands - for Improving Movement, Increasing Circulation & Reducing Soreness - Resistance Bands, Pull Up Assist Bands - Workout Bands, Eexercise Bands, Long Resistance Bands Set for Working Out, Fitness, Training, Physical Therapy for Men Women - Fit Simplify Resistance Loop Exercise Bands with Instruction Guide and Carry Bag, Set of 5 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ni/products/49239849-power-guidance-floss-bands-2-pack-compression-bands-mobility-recovery](https://www.desertcart.ni/products/49239849-power-guidance-floss-bands-2-pack-compression-bands-mobility-recovery) --- *Product available on Desertcart Nicaragua* *Store origin: NI* *Last updated: 2026-11-05*
