Myself plus ladder and tools will exceed this 330lb.** A: I assume then that you are using 375 pound duty rated ladders for everything? This thing won’t work with six foot ladders because it’s not a large enough platform. It only works with four foot, or the step stool/ladder pictured. **Q: Is this product osha approved?** A: I can’t say this platform is OSHA approved. But I will say I gave it a workout while I used it on my staircase. I pushed the weight rating and then some.
