I bought one of these kits to try in an aging fluorescent fixture and liked it so well I bought a dozen more. One of the best retrofits I've used.So easy to install; just remove the old bulbs, pop the ballast cover, disconnect the old ballast, connect the driver power wires, stick the driver in place with the attached double-sided tape, slide the magnets into place equally spaced on the back of the LED tubes, place the tubes where the bulbs were, plug the tube leads into the driver leads, route the wires, replace the ballast cover, and replace the diffuser. It actually took about the same amount of time to retrofit a fixture as to type this.Light output is excellent. No dimming or flickering These have been running 9 - 12 hours a day for almost 2 years and they work flawlessly every time. I will be retrofitting more fixtures with these as old bulbs & ballasts go bad. Definitely a worthwhile investment.

Been dealing with awful lighting in our vacation apartment. Switched out Four sets of two old flickering blue light flourescent bulbs and WOW what a difference!! Super easy, I actually removed the entire ballast and wa sable to replace all eight bulbs in less then 15 minutes! Night and day difference wish I had done this long ago!!! So easy and such a huge upgrade… don’t be like me and question it JUST DO it

Easy to install and lots of light.

We had fluorescent lights that required two ballast and four bulbs. Very easy to install and put in the new lights. Way brighter than any fluorescent lights I have ever used. I was a little worried about the strength of the magnets, but they are very strong. Very happy with this product and will be buying to replace other lights.

Items came just as pictured, it was simple to take the old ballasts/connectors out of the overhead light and these easily went right in. The magnets worked perfect in the existing fixture and wired up just like the old equipment. Been in for a few weeks now and they are just as good as the fluorescent that was in the fixture before.

I’ve bought some 3 times used everywhere to retrofit old fixtures and it’s a great easy way to make older fixtures look and work like they’re new

We replaced two florescent lights in the garage. The first one didn't do much of anything but the second one was brighter. The third one we put in the laundry room. A big difference. They were easy enough to put in, especially after the first one.

So easy to install and lighting is perfect
