Because of this, one bottle lasts me forever because a little drop in a bottle of our serum is all I need to keep our hair strengthened and not hardened. Still stays soft and moisturised but not mushy or weak. I dont use it everyday. Perhaps once or twice a week. I have a separate serum bottle with the mixture and another bottle without the mixture that I use more often. I use this as heat protectant because of the strength it gives to the hair. Our hair has had no issues and retains length. It's really helps. You do have to use it consistently to see results. It's not an over night wonder. However the 2 min Aphogee Protein Treatment I can see results after the first use. It's not a daily treatment though because too much Protein can cause damage. I bleach and color frequently.
