A little pricey but worth it for the reliability. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good software and hardware compatibility *by D***K on 4 November 2025* Tested in Intel and Mellanox SFP+ PCIe cards with freebsd and debian and work fine. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Totally reliable 10Gbps SFP+, works with anything that accepts unregistered SFP+ *by P***K on 12 January 2025* I've a pair of budget web managed switches, dual 10Gbps SFP+ cages and 4x 2.5Gpbs ethernets. One upstairs and one downstairs with a 25m 10Gbps duplex multimode fibre run between them. These SR (short reach) optics are perfect for them. I plugged the SFP+ in, and they just worked. Pings over the LAN are sub 1ms and 100% reliable, perfect.
