Review: Happy! (Door could possibly use design revision) - Lovely mailbox, easy to install; however, the door broke within two years of use. The inside of the door may be heavy duty plastic, but the edges of the door and the front bottom edge of the mailbox are a type of composite porous metal that broke easily from being open and shut daily by the mailman. Giving 5 stars because as soon as I contacted the company, they immediately put an order in to replace the mailbox. That is good old fashioned service!
