Got to the point that it was nearly impossible to get the keyring in or out of my hip pocket, and the fobs would sometimes release the door key and fall off the ring. Nearly lost a fob that way. This pouch is nearly perfect. Each compartment will hold 3 standard sized fobs laying flat, side by side, and they stay that way. I put my 3 fobs in one of the side compartments, and my keyring in the center. The pouch slips into my hip pocket and pulls out easily. I should have done this a long time ago. The keys no longer dig into my leg when I am walking if one of them is pointing the wrong way. I can even fit my leatherman wave multi-tool in the middle compartment underneath the keyring. This pouch is fantastic. This one was the third key pouch that I bought, before I got one that was just the right size for the key fobs. It is the perfect size and well enough made, except for the keyring that tears out, very easily. Plus I haven't even needed to use the third compartment yet.
