Tried to set it up with my VS20i safe and this has got to be one of the worst set-ups for a Bluetooth device since BT first became a thing. Its close to impossible to understand whether something is correctly set up or not because you are relying on a series of beeps and button flashes. After I thought I got it set up I literally couldn't get my safe to open with it because the biometric sensors just aren't great on these devices (the same is true of most gun safes that are biometric or key code operated).This could have been awesome but ultimately it needs something like an app guided set-up, and Vaultek's apps are ten years out of date. Definitely not something I would ever bet on if you want a quick remote unlock for home defense.
