In the name of the product it is called "...Power Gel", but the order defaults to solid.** A: The item described and pictured is a gel ISBN 0 2220095104 3. However, the seller (Vitamins 4 Results) sent me a bag labelled "speed stick power gel an..) (packaging may vary)." sic. Inside however was not that product but the solid, and a whiteout sticker covered the ISBN label. In addition, the expiration date was Jan. 1 2017, just 3 days after the delivery date. Will not order from company that swaps to similar products. If the item sells out, it is not OK to send something else instead. I find the powders and solids more irritating for allergies. **Q: Is it geuinely unscented? Also, what I read on the label doesn't say talc, but the product information lists it. Every now and then they will from a location more local to me for example I live in DC and they might ship an item/package from the nearby Baltimore area. Im not sure what the animals smell since some have wicked good sense and probably can smell you even with the best sticks. I used it today in the cool Midwest where it was around 30 degrees. I bundled up so i did freeze when i sat down but i sweated while i hiked to my spot. At the end (sun up to legal stop time) i got home and i had a slight smell but i did a lot of sweeting and this was sniffing my arm pit! I'd say it works almost if not as good (as far as i can tell...no scientific tests) as my name brand $5 a bar stuff! I use this for small game. If i was to go after exotic game which i would have paid thousands of dollars to do i wouldn't risk it and i would buy the expensive hunting brand. According to some places the easiest way for animals to smell us is our breath so i would rather buy this and with the money i save buy some activated carbon face covering (or whatever the newest proven product is when you see this) Warning: The active ingredient is that aluminum crap i think. It's so you don't sweet as much. It eventually gets absorbed into your lymph nodes in your arm pit and causes cance and possibly Alzheimer's. I forget what exactly it all causes for health problems but should not be used often IF you choose to use it. The big name hunting one i have has the same stuff but in higher does. It works for sweet but is bad for you long term. I only use it for hunting season. Some people refuse to use it period.
