The shape of them were unlike a lot of other inserts/enhancers if tried as they fit in such a way that they feel comfortable and you can be relatively confident they won't slip down. It is additionally helpful that they include double sided tape as this helped ensure I was extra secure. For context I was wearing these with a backless dress with sewn in cups and I am usually a 34C.
