Designed by hardfacing specialists, Kenco Wear Patch provides a highly effective solution to abrasive wear problems in many applications. Wear Patch comes in a variety of shapes and sizes that can be installed on virtually any flat metal wear surface or exposed edge, using Mig wire or common electrodes. Wear Patches are through-hardened to 60-63 Rockwell C for superior wear life. They eliminate common hardfacing problems such as warping and heat stress. For more than 50 years, Wear Patch has been an effective solution to abrasive wear problems on Loaders, Backhoes, Excavators, Scrapers, Drag Lines, Flop Gates, Chutes and many more.

- Eliminates warping and heat stress experienced with hardfacing. Lasts up to 10 times longer.
- Effectively protects most flat metal surfaces from abrasive wear
- Installs easily with tack or plug welds, using MIG wire or common electrodes.
- Hardness in excess of 60 Rockwell "C" (600 Brinell).
