Windows Vista. Windows XP. Mac OS X 10.4 or late. Green Compliance: Yes. Green Compliance Certificate/Authority: RoHS. WEEE. Review: I’m not so smartest - I like mouse wheels that make the bumps when you roll. This doesn’t. But, it’s a nice mouse. Connects well, no lag. Very good. Update. There is a button right by the wheel to make it click. Sigh….. The mouse is now 5 star. Apparently, I’m only .5 star. Review: Great Refurb & Model of Mouse - Refurb: the condition was 100%! The were no defects, or flaws with the look, feel or functionality. I am byfar a hardcore gamer, but it works flawlessly with my MMO of choice! My ONLY gripe is this does not pair / connect to the Logitech MK700/MK710----even though both are 2.4ghz, I have to use 2 bluetooth USB adapters (1 for keyboard and 1 for mouse), whereas before I only used 1 adapter for both (keyboard and mouse). I'd reduce to 4-stars but that is not fair to the seller / refurbish-er. ## Features - This Certified Refurbished product is tested and certified to look and work like new. Which is this one?** A: This is my favorite mouse. It's heavier than most and feels comfortable and well-balanced. The thumb groove has two buttons just above where your thumb rests. They are on the same level -- one towards the front and one behind (zoom in and you can see them). There is a right and left button (index and middle fingers). The scrolling wheel is also clickable and has a toggle that allows the user to select a "smooth scroll" or a "haptic scroll" mode. The toggle is the button just below the scroll wheel. The scrolling wheel itself is weighted so at the top of a long document or page I can give it a good whirl and it'll scroll all the way down to the bottom with a single stroke. I count 5 buttons -- two thumb button, right, left, and clickable scroll wheel. I'm not sure how I'd get to 7 or 8. Good luck. **Q: is it silent?** A: The only noise it makes is when you use the rectangular top button to change from graduated scrolling to free wheeling. **Q: Can I program the buttons? How** A: I have been using the M705 for 3+ years. Never had to consider programming the buttons. I checked the Logitech website but there is no mention of "programming" the buttons. **Q: Does this mouse come with "Unifying receiver" with an orange snow flake icon?** A: Yes it does and it the best all around mouse I have ever used. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m not so smartest *by Z***N on 5 February 2026* I like mouse wheels that make the bumps when you roll.
