I lease a horse and ride him at the arena on the next farm over. I also leave him there to graze in the field behind the arena, so I have to untack him there and carry my saddle and bridle back to the barn with me (about a ten minute walk up and down hills!) I bought this strap and attached the hooks together, then after I take my saddle off I slip this under it and carry all my tack like a big purse! Considering I'm carrying a big heavy leather dressage saddle, this strap does the job wonderfully. It's very comfortable and super long!
