It won't protect the phone from a drop. It is thin enough to not be a concern for charging or headphones, which isn't necessarily a good thing. The plugs at the bottom are not quite opened. My biggest concern is the magnet. Most magnets that you stick to your case is strong enough to hold any magnetic phone holder. This magnet, which is just a very thin sheet of metal glued on to the inside of the case, barely holds the phone in place. Only the top and bottom of the metal sheet is magnetized. I suppose it may work decent with the included magnet, but it is so weak that the phone falls off of any larger magnet, so I cannot imagine how it would be sturdy with the slim included magnet. Needs more work to be truly useful.
