I wrote email to the customer service, on the second day i received the reply with the attachment to change the usb driver format, I followed the instruction, then I get the reports with intuitive data. If when you take out the reports, using their USB, you see only characters and squares it means that the USB is corrupted. We had to get another USB and it worked just find after that. Even if the reports was writing using Excel 97-2003 you should be able to open it with the current version of Excel. Hope this helps, for the makers, please make sure that your USBs you provide are not corrupted. We were about to returned it before we decided to try using a different one.
