This case actually allows me to carry my tower, keyboard, mouse, mic, headset, cables, Ethernet, and Ethernet switch all with ONE hand! I am amazed!
Review: Good PC Carrying Strap if You Need It - I have a 41L computer case that I used to carry around from location to location and the carrying strap feels pretty sturdy and and hold a decent amount of weight. It was able to wrap around the size of the case with extra slack, granted I chose the large version of the carrying strap. I didn't feel like the straps will start tearing or anything so far the build quality is holding up good. It was pretty intuitive to setup and strap the case together with the strap. The storage compartments can hold a decent amount of stuff. I was able to put a mouse, 60% keyboard, lots of cables, and a 15.6in portable monitor. It is a bit pricey for what I'm paying for straps and storage. but it's not a common product that people sell. It would buy it if it suits your needs

**Q: Is there shoulder straps on it?**
A: Sadly no. But it really does the job. I use it weekly.

**Q: Would a nzxt h510 fit into the small? H:18.11, W: 8.27, L: 16.85?**
A: I would recommend the L size, it will fit better.

**Q: Would it fit a desktop that's 13.2 inches in height, 6.1 inches in width, and 11.9 inches in depth?**
A: Imo, yes. It fits my mid tower cases quite well.

**Q: Could this be attached to a hardside carryon for a laptop ?**
A: I dont think so.
Its too loose for that

Overall a good product last a long time so careful with the clasps it is it's only weak link. Other than that this is the way to travel for a desktop user always on the go.
