All with other 2 Products are good and value for money in this order. Delivery agent or delivery executive called me, but I was on public meeting with silence mode of my phone. If they use door calling bell they would delivered consignment. Not did they but it returned. As a regular customer I am not comfort the with their duty. I re-ordered with help of Amazon customer service, they helped with excellent response and my re-placement recieved. Thank you Amazon customer service.

product was defective
when delivery first part was missing after replication the amazon services electrician said part are defective need to replace amazon we will not replace as it was replace already refund will be provided. I can buy from another site. when I call my electrician he install it there was no defect in product amazon never refund Rs 600 services charge for installation. They said "it is 3rd party we cannot help in that if i want follow-up with the product and services company." My suggestion "do not purchase any installation services from amazon it is unreliable. Amazon is good in delivery product bad in provide installation services when carpenter or electrician is required . money will not be refund for that services incase there is issue. You will do follow-up 10 to 20 times and at end you will get fed-up and stop follow-up.
